Ans. Building a rapport with students can make the difference. Developing rapport including building trust, using humour and getting to know the students outside of the classroom can help the teacher to understand the background of students. It also helps him/her for good class management and make his /her teaching and learning better. So every teacher should build good rapport with his/her students.

In sentence (a) the verb indicates an action that is continuous or in progress at a particular time. (past/present/future)
The verb is said to be in Continuous (Progressive) Tense.
"was coming' is an example of Past Continuous Tense.
(Auxiliary verb + main verb + ung = Continuous Tense.)
(a) वाक्यातील क्रियापद क्रिया विशिष्ट वेळी चालू होती हे दर्शवते. 'Was coming' हे क्रियापद भूतकाळातील चालू स्थिती दर्शवते म्हणून ते वाक्य Past Continuous tense मधील आहे.
In sentence (b) the verb indicates an
action that is complete at particular time (past/present/future) The verb is then said to be in Perfect Tense.
'has asked' is said to be in Present Perfect Tense.
(has/have/had + verb in Past Participle form = Perfect Tense)
